Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

As some of our jewelry is handmade, processing times may occasionally vary. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.

Shipping Within Norway

We offer the following shipping rates for deliveries within Norway:

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 2–7 business days.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected destinations available at checkout.

Estimated delivery time to European destinations after dispatch: 5–14 business days.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier and customs processing.

Customs and Import Charges

For deliveries outside Norway, additional import VAT, customs duties or handling fees may apply.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping prices.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, you will receive an email with your tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

Some shipping services may not include tracking.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before your order is dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order is delayed or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

We will assist you in investigating the shipment with the delivery provider.
