At Angel Dreamer, every piece of jewelry is carefully selected or handmade with love. We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order in accordance with the conditions below and applicable Norwegian consumer protection laws.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please notify us by email within the 14-day period. You then have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

2. Return Conditions

We kindly ask that returned jewelry:

  • Is carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Includes any accessories supplied with the product.
  • Is returned in its original jewelry box whenever possible.

You may inspect the jewelry as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.

if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary for such inspection, we may deduct any resulting loss in value from your refund, where permitted by law.

Opening the original packaging does not, by itself, remove your statutory right of withdrawal.

3. Earrings and Hygiene

Our earrings are supplied in standard jewelry packaging without a hygiene seal.

Therefore, earrings are also covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

We kindly ask customers not to wear earrings they intend to return. If the earrings have been handled beyond what is necessary for inspection, a deduction for any resulting loss in value may apply.

4. Return Shipping

For returns made under the 14-day right of withdrawal, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, provided they were informed of this cost before purchasing.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your legal rights.

5. Refunds

We will refund eligible payments, including the original standard delivery charge, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notification.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence of sending them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping method than our standard delivery option are not refundable under the statutory right of withdrawal.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your jewelry arrives damaged, is defective or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Your statutory rights under Norwegian consumer law remain unaffected by this policy, including your right to make a complaint about defective goods.

7. Personalized and Custom-Made Jewelry

Certain products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized for you may be exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal, where permitted by law.

This exception does not automatically apply to all handmade jewelry or products made after an order is placed.

Any applicable exception will be clearly communicated before purchase.

8. How to Request a Return

To request a return or exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email and include:

      Your order number.

  • Your name.
  • The item you wish to return.
  • Whether you are exercising your right of withdrawal or reporting a product issue.
  • We will provide the return address and further instructions.You may also use the standard withdrawal form provided under applicable Norwegian consumer legislation.
